The 2019 Aston Martin Vantage price in India has been revealed media reports suggest. The coupe that is set for its India launch sometime later this year will ostensibly be retailed at Rs 2.95 crore (ex-showroom). On the cisual terms, the 2019 Aston Martin Vantage remains largely unchanged with addition of some elements such as reworked sleeker headlamps, new signature gaping grille reminiscent of the Vulcan hypercar. It sports a bulky clamshell bonnet in front, while the fender on the two-door coupe seem to be borrowed from DB11. It retains the fastback styling at the back with clearer lines for a sharper look. One of the prominent changes on the all-new Aston Martin Vantage is the new underpinnings that will be used in other upcoming Aston Martin cars.
Weighing around 1,530 kg, the new Aston Martin Vantage features exotic materials inside the cabin for a plusher look and equips a host of technical aides for the occupants’ convenience. The seats inside the cabin are covered in premium leather upholstery and it additionally gets an array of other custom options.
As for the mechanicals, the new Aston Martin comes with a massive 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that has been sourced from Mercedes-Benz and has been calibrated to put out robust power of 503 bhp at 6,000 rpm along with peak torque of 685 Nm between 2000 to 5000 rpm. The twin-turbo engine is paired with an 8-speed gearbox sourced from ZF and it additionally gets paddle shifters. It is also the first model from the British carmaker to get an e-differential. On the performance, front the coupe achieves 0 to 100 km/h sprint within 3.5 seconds while attaining a top speed of 315 km/h.
